I love my one bedroom apartment at Ashmore Trace. I searched and in late fall 2019 I found an ideal apartment here with abundant closet and storage space. The open kitchen and bar area makes socializing so easy. I love that maintenance service is prompt and the office staff is so eager to help when I call. I can't wait for summer when I can enjoy the swimming pool and playground with my granddaughter.

This community has a park-like beauty. The staff is very responsive. I enjoy the location. Close to Greenwood shopping and I-65 is minutes away. The pool is my favorite amenity in the summer. I enjoy how there are community resident events every quarter to mingle within the community. It makes it more like a little neighborhood of friends getting together!

I just moved to Ashmore Trace and I love how quiet it is here, so peaceful. I love my townhouse and my back yard area. There are awesome walking trails in the community as well. Plus being so close to 31 and 135 makes it very convenient for shopping or eating out.

What a wonderful living experience! I signed a 15-month lease in this quiet little corner of Greenwood and in the midst of the most tumultuous time in recent history. They were prompt on maintenance, the units themselves are well taken care of inside and outside, and the staff truly cares about you on a personal level. I have lived in 9 different apartment complexes in my life, and have to say this was the best by far.
