At Ashmore Trace Apartments, gas, water & sewage, and electric utilities are paid for. Additionally, residents have access to our fitness center, swimming pool, basketball court, and fun play park.
At Ashmore Trace Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Ashmore Trace Apartments, the non-refundable application fee is $40 per applicant. Additionally, there is a non-refundable administration fee of $59 per apartment due with the submission of an application.
At Ashmore Trace Apartments, residents are only responsible for internet and cable if they so-wish to purchase those services.
Ashmore Trace Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $100 refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
